Claremont means “Clear Mountain”. If a journey of a student’s life is compared to that of a mountain trek and its goal being to reach the peak of ‘excellence’ in every sphere life then the foundation of this journey begins at “Claremont”. We at Claremont believe that the foundation built by engaging the kids through our international curriculum based on the multiple intelligence theory would develop their knowledge and skills along with the values of life that the school would instil in them. This foundation would empower them climb this mountain called “life”, successfully. Our Approach :
Every school aims at preparing children For Grade 1 but at Claremont we aim at preparing children as citizens of tomorrow. We aim at helping them to excel in academics as well as in character and human values. The CBSE based curriculum of our school is drawn from the Play Way Approach and Multiple Intelligence Approach which paves way for learning through using all SENSES. We teach children to become lifelong learners by encouraging teaching through questioning and guiding them to seek answers from nature. At Claremont teachers are trained to teach by following the child’s interest in learning. Our program is designed with utmost care, interest and review. It is designed to educate the child in all aspects- physical, intellectual, emotional and social. Being strong academically, the programme builds a strong base for a child’s future education and provides the basis for effective learning for life. It is designed with the understanding that children need to play, manipulate, explore and experiment with real objects to add knowledge and learn new skills.
